APPOINTMENT PREP

Bringing the following necessary items to your upcoming appointment ensures your appointment runs smoothly and we conduct our services as efficiently as possible. Along with bringing the items listed below, brainstorm questions you have for your optometrist that we can answer when you arrive for your appointment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

BRING YOUR CURRENT GLASSES

If you wear glasses, please bring them! We measure the prescription in the lenses and we feel it's important to check your vision with your favorite pair of glasses.

BRING YOUR CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION

If you scheduled a contact lens fitting, we kindly ask that you bring a pair of your most recent contact lenses as well as the PRESCRIPTION (even just the contact lens packaging, foil wrapper, or boxes for each eye are acceptable). This is very important, please bring this info to your first contact lens appointment with us.

VISION INSURANCE INFORMATION

You should always bring a copy of your vision insurance card and your regular medical insurance information to your appointment, so that you’re prepared to use either depending on the kind of exam you are taking.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Just follow the blue signs with the big P to our parking garage. Simply drive past our store front heading east on Hollis and make your first right into the driveway. The garage on the right will be open with marked signs for retail parking.

DIRECTIONS FOR PARKING

Drive past our office heading east on Powell Street and make your first right into the building driveway.

Follow the signs with the big blue letter ‘P’ for parking.

Pull into the parking garage and park in any of the spaces marked as “Retail”.
